The Nevada Legislative Session lasts just 120 days and takes place every other year. The 2025 session began on Monday, February 3 and will end on Saturday, June 5. Youth and families can participate alongside Act4Kids Nevada in several ways!
The healthcare needs of Nevada’s most vulnerable population have reached a critical tipping point in recent years. Calls for a statewide, comprehensive children’s health system have been amplified by parents, advocates, and healthcare providers through Act4Kids Nevada. Advocacy efforts at the local, county, and state levels have proven successful as Intermountain Health unveiled the future site of Nevada’s first stand-alone children’s hospital in Las Vegas.
