Act4Kids Nevada understands the difficulties families are facing when accessing and navigating healthcare for their children, and we want legislators and healthcare decision makers to be aware, too. So we created the Pediatric Healthcare Impact Survey.
The survey will collect data about the social, physical, educational, and economic impacts of raising children with medical needs in Nevada. It is open to all Nevada parents or guardians of a child under the age of 18 with medical needs and should take 15-30 minutes to complete.
